2024 FAQs

We are encouraging all attendees to print badges at home however, we appreciate not everyone has access to a printer therefore there will be printing facilities available at registration.

Phone signal and internet access can be intermitent onsite due to the high volume of visitors so if you plan to print your badge onsite we would suggest you take a screen shot of it at home so its easily available in your phone gallery to scan on your arrival onsite instead of trying to load an email/QR code when you get there. 

Alternatively, the registration help desk area can search for your badge by name too. 

Yes, there is free car parking. Parking is located on a field so please wear appropriate footwear for the prevailing weather conditions. 

Please ensure you follow the yellow road signage as you approach the venue for directions into the visitor carparks - these can change throughout the day depending on traffic flows so you may go out a different exit than the one you came in. 

Yes, all attendees must wear upper body hi-vis vests and we recommend sturdy footwear as the ground can be uneven in certain areas of the show. 

Yes, you will find all catering locations on the event floorplan.

No, all catering is located outdoors via a variety of catering units.

All caterers will be accepting cash and card onsite. 

Yes, toilets will be available in multiple zones and located on the event floorplan in Zone A, Zone H, Zone L and Zone M.

Yes, there will be various demonstrations taking place across the 2 days and you can find out more information closer to the event.

 

We will be hosting our seminar theatre in an open sided covered marquee.

No dogs are permitted onsite with the exception of guide dogs, hearing dogs and registered assistance dogs being permitted. No dogs should be left in any vehicle parked at the event. If a dog is found in a vehicle and is in clear distress the necessary precautions will be taken for the safety of the dog/animal. 

No, children under 16 are not permitted due to the nature of site with moving trains and plant machinery. 

The organisers have made their best endeavours to be DDA compliant. Most of the event site has tarmac roadways, however majority of exhibits are located on grass. If you have any concerns about accessibility at the event, please contact us.

There are currently no electric car charging facilities on site.

There are several chargers available within Stratford City Centre - these are:
