Yes, we have 20 dedicated hand gel stations positioned throughout the site, these will be highlighted on the event floorplan. There will also be 50ml pocketsize hand gels available for all attendees on entry to the event.
We ask that all attendees wear face covering when in; registration queues, catering queues, toilets, and indoor/enclosed exhibits. If you are exempted for any reason, please where possible bring confirmation of this. Please see templates here on the government website.
We are encouraging all attendees to print badges at home. However, we appreciate not everyone has access to a printer, therefor there will be limited printing facilities available at registration.
Yes, all attendees must wear upper body hi-vis and we recommend sturdy footwear.
Yes, you will find all catering locations on the event floorplan.
No, all catering is located outdoors.
Yes, free individual water bottles will be provided at the entrance to the event.
We ask all attendees to bring a contact payment method where possible to reduce contact.
Yes, toilets will be available in multiple zones and located on the event floorplan.
The organisers have made their best endeavours to be DDA compliant. Most of the event site has tarmac roadways, however majority of exhibits are located on grass. If you have any concerns about accessibility at the event, please contact us.
Yes, there is a designated area on hard standing, close to the event entrance.
We will be hosting our seminar theatre in an open sided marquee.
No, all stands will be outside; however, some exhibitors will have marquees and we have asked them to have 2 sides open at all times where possible.
No dogs will be prohibited at the event (expect for guide dogs, hearing dogs and registered assistance dogs) and, for the avoidance of doubt, should not be left in any vehicle parked at the event.
No, children under 16 are not permitted due to the nature of site.
Yes, there is plenty of free car parking space, however, please be aware it is mostly on grass.
Electric car charging points is not something that we are currently able to offer at Rail Live.

Rail Live is a truly notable event for all people with a professional rail interest, not only those involved with rail plant and track working. Having RAIL take over the organisation and promotion of the show has made it possible for Rail Live to become a ‘Farnborough for the Railway’, and an event that is now well and truly in the international rail calendar.
This event offers something different, it gave us was the opportunity to be in a railway environment with real plant and real organisations.
We were extremely happy with the strength of visitors at the Rail Live event. We identified this event as the perfect platform to showcase our rail products to the right people who will use the products on the railway networks.

We’re incredibly pleased to be returning to Rail Live this June after a year away. It’s a great opportunity for the entire rail industry to come together to reflect on one of the most challenging years we’ve had and it’s a platform to discuss how we can reset and rebuild together.
