11:15 – 11:45	Frontline inclusion - creating a safer and more inclusive railway Diversity and Inclusion 11:15 – 11:45 Join Network Rail's diversity and inclusion team to learn how colleague feedback has brought about new initiatives at Network Rail on welfare and PPE provisions, and give your feedback on how we can support you in frontline roles to champion inclusion.
12:00 – 12:30	Connected worker – helping maintenance do the right work, at the right place and the right time Intelligent Infrastructure 12:00 – 12:30 Approx 35 minute workshop, covering the suit of apps including insight, mywork and SMTH Content Overview of ‘connected worker’ vision (5mins) Mini breakout session 1: The benefits of insight and how it’s been used – case study examples (10 mins) Mini breakout session 2: The upgraded mywork – what’s easier (10mins) Mini breakout session 3: eSMTH – the power of going digital (10 mins) Objectives of the session Think - that it’s easy to use and beneficial Feel – that it’s useful Do – visit the II stand for demonstrations and adopt the tech in their everyday role Equipment Central screen plus three smaller screens or the ability to have laptops set up – three areas set up in the corners of the room with chairs Attendees pick a seat in one of the areas and the presenters move around the room so they speak to each group (like speed dating)! With over 200 years of experience in all elements of the engineering, manufacture and maintenance of switches and crossings, we are uniquely placed to offer on site advice, support and engineering and technology solutions. Our members work together to offer best in class capabilities to safely and efficiently resolve the S&C reliability challenges faced by Infrastructure Managers. The S&C Alliance currently consists of DWG Infraco, Flexilube, Interflon, Intelrail, KONUX and Staytite and we are always open to new members.

With Forward Facing, Track, Thermal and Overhead imagery being demonstrated this will be of interest to many disciplines from across all routes and regions. We'll be sharing case studies and hearing from other users and answering any questions about how people can make the most of this innovative system.
